Terms of service

SCOPE OF WORK 
Nevak Website Designing (the "Company") provides ERP Implementation, Digital Marketing, and Website Designing services. Each project shall be governed by a separate Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) which defines the specific deliverables. In the event of a conflict, the SOW shall take precedence over these Terms.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS 
The Client must provide all necessary access (server credentials, API keys, brand assets) and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing requested materials for more than 15 days may result in project suspension.

PAYMENT TERMS
•    Project Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is required before work commences.
•    Milestone Payments: Payments are due within 7 days of milestone completion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSING
•    Work Product: Upon final payment, the Client owns the final website design/code.
•    Proprietary Tools: The Company retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary scripts, code snippets, or ERP configurations used across multiple clients.
•    Third-Party Licenses: The Client is responsible for the cost of any third-party plugins, stock photos, or software licenses (e.g., Odoo, Shopify themes and apps).

LIABILITY LIMITATION 
The Company is not liable for loss of profits, data, or business interruptions resulting from ERP downtime or changes in search engine algorithms (for Digital Marketing). Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

GOVERNING LAW 
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be settled through the competent courts in Doha.
