DATA COLLECTION
We collect information required to execute digital services:

a. Contact Data: Name, business address, QID/Trade License (if required for contracts).
b. Technical Data: FTP/Hosting credentials and backend access for ERP/Website projects.

DATA PROTECTION (Qatar Law)
In compliance with Law No. 13 of 2016 (Personal Data Privacy Protection Law), we process data based on the "Principle of Transparency." We do not sell or lease your business data to third parties.

THIRD-PARTY DATA PROCESSING
To provide our services, we may share data with:

a. Cloud Providers: (Odoo, AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure) for ERP hosting.
b. Ad Platforms: (Google Ads, Meta) for Digital Marketing execution.

RETENTION
We retain project files and data for 1 year following project completion to assist with future maintenance, unless a "Right to be Forgotten" request is made.
